The first section of Bread Bowl is almost complete, and BB Bubbles Laundromat is getting closer to opening its doors.

At BB Brothers Contractor, we are proud of our hardworking team and everything we are building together. We believe in being judged by our actions, our work, and our commitment to the community.

We are workers, neighbors, and community members who want to contribute and be part of Hiawatha’s growth. We believe in this community, and we are excited for the future.

These two homes were once headed for demolition. Today, they have been fully renovated, restored, and given a second chance.

This transformation was made possible through the collaboration of the Southeast Nebraska Land Bank, BB Brothers Contractor, the City of Falls City, and local businesses, working toward a shared goal.

Instead of being demolished, these properties can now provide quality housing for families, generate property tax revenue, and contribute to stronger, revitalized neighborhoods.

This is what can happen when a community works together. By combining our resources, skills, and commitment, we can accomplish far more than any of us could alone.

Together, we can restore neighborhoods, create more housing, strengthen our local tax base, support local businesses, and invest in a stronger future for our communities.

Introducing Pine Ridge

Today, we're proud to introduce Pine Ridge, our newest investment in Hiawatha.

Pine Ridge is more than a development—it's our commitment to the future of our community.

Our vision is to help build a stronger local economy by attracting new visitors, supporting local businesses, encouraging entrepreneurship, and creating more opportunities for people to live, work, and invest in Hiawatha.

As we continue investing in Hiawatha, we would like to invite the City of Hiawatha, local organizations, community members, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, realtors, insurance professionals, lenders, and local businesses to join us. Together, we can create new opportunities, strengthen our local economy, and build projects that create a lasting impact for generations to come.

This is only the beginning.

Let's build the future of Hiawatha—together.

Together, we're building more than homes and businesses.
