Werner Remodeling and Design LLC is looking to add a member to our team!
We handle new construction, additions, full remodels and general carpentry. We run a small crew that focuses on quality and customer service.
This position would include doing and assisting with:
Framing
Doors and windows
Siding
Decks/Porches
Remodeling - kitchens, bathrooms, etc
General construction tasks
What we're looking for in a team member:
Positive attitude
Problem solving skills
Willing to learn and improve and can take correction
Takes pride in craftsmanship
Honest and dependable
Can work independently if needed
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic hand tools or willingness to acquire them
Experience:
Construction experience preferred
Willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic
Pay & Benefits:
Pay based on experience. Willing to pay for talent, not just time.
