• General remodeling & repairs

So it begins. Our next project is replacing an old concrete walkway around this pool. Our friends at Poultney Pools installed this beautiful liner giving new life to this 40+ year old pool. We will be installing bluestone coping around the perimeter of the pool side and finishing it off with a bluestone colored paver.

The Meticulous team just wrapped up another exterior project on this beautiful home in Rutland Town.

We started by hand-scraping and removing all of the failing finish, then replaced any rotted or damaged siding and trim. Once the prep work was complete, we applied two fresh coats of stain and finished the entrance with a custom wood detail that really brought everything together.

We’re very pleased with how this project turned out. Great work by the entire team!

The Great Wall of Rutland! We completed this 80' Long by 6' tall beast last week. We had several obstacles to over come. One of them being the discovery of a natural spring that was smack dab running through where our footing was projected to be. We over came this by adding not one but 2 drain systems. In addition to drainage we installed over 100 tons of drain tile with geogrid every other course. We are very happy with how this turned out and our client is super happy with the end result. New house painting and rot repair job we are tackling in Rutland Town. After all the rot is taken care of we will be applying 2 coats of paint and staining the new porch post.

Today we break ground on a new retaining wall system. This wall has been engineered to help with erosion control. Due to the properties location and proximity to the road they have been having water issue. We will be installing 200 feet of drain, a dry well in addition to building a retaining wall to protect the bank and property.

We wrapped up Phase 1 of this install. We are now starting phase two, which is a paver patio and fire pit. After this is completed we will be reworking the entire grade of the property to ensure proper drainage.
