NOW HIRING: Entry Level General Laborers ( other experienced/skill positions available as well)
Precast Concrete Manufacturing Facility
Looking for steady, full time work? We’re hiring entry level general laborers to join our precast concrete production team. No experience required — we will train the right people.
💲 Entry Level Starting Pay: $14-15 per hour (based on experience. For other position pay based on experience/qualifications)
🕒 Schedule:
• Full time: 40 hours/week
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, varies depending on work crew
• Additional hours available as needed
🔨 Job Duties Include:
• Casting concrete into molds
• Assisting with rebar/reinforcing cage assembly
• Mold preparation and cleanup
• Wood form preparation
• Handling and storing finished concrete products
• General labor and cleanup around the facility
✅ Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in a concrete production environment
• Able to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, working with hands)
• Dependable attendance, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
