In his short time with Heard, Brad has come to appreciate the company's attention to detail and commitment to quality, as well as a willingness to try new and innovative approaches to deliver the best results for our clients.

Meet Jamal 👋

Jamal Farhat recently joined the Heard Construction team as an intern, where he’s assisting our Roofing Division with organizing and managing upcoming projects.

A 2026 graduate of Louisiana Tech with a degree in Computer Information Systems, Jamal enjoys building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and helping ensure they have a positive experience from start to finish.

When he's not at Heard, you may find Jamal on the basketball court — but not as a player! He officiates both high school and college basketball.

Meet Jonah 👋

A Ruston native and Louisiana Tech graduate, Jonah Roberson brings a strong background in construction to his role as Project Manager and Estimator for our Custom Homes Division.

After earning his degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Jonah spent several years working in construction in Ruston before moving to Memphis, where he gained additional experience with a custom home builder. He recently joined Heard Construction and enjoys being part of a team that shares one goal: providing every homeowner with the best product and service possible.

Outside of work, Jonah enjoys playing golf, cheering on LSU football, and spending time with his wife, Anne, and their new baby girl, Charlotte.
