Another lawn install done! We used a power rake to break up the rock-hard ground and remove the larger rocks. Then we spread screened topsoil to create a smooth, healthy seed bed. Seed and starter fertilizer were applied, everything was raked out flat, and finished with straw for protection and moisture retention.

Now all the customer needs to do is water — and they’ll have a beautiful new lawn! We’ll share updated photos in a few weeks once it starts coming in. 🌱

Van Fleet Lawn Care is Now Hiring a Lawn Care Specialist!

Van Fleet Lawn Care is looking to add a dependable Lawn Care Specialist to our growing team.

We are currently offering approximately 30 hours per week, and the business is steadily growing. Workdays are generally Wednesday through Friday, with some Saturdays, but may vary depending on projects and weather conditions.

Job Duties Include:
• Maintaining lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
• Mowing lawns using professional-grade equipment
• Edging and string trimming for a clean, polished appearance
• Pruning and trimming shrubs, trees, and hedges using hand tools and power equipment
• Removing yard debris such as leaves, sticks, pinecones, and other clutter
• Operating powered lawn equipment including mowers, w**d eaters, edgers, chainsaws, and pruning saws
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned

Experience Required:
• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is required

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of how to properly operate and maintain lawn care equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Dependable and able to arrive on time, ready to work
