Terry Beavers/Beavers Contracting Year round Handyman services that won’t break the bank and Im the one call that does it all.

I offer a wide variety of residential remodeling and Handyman services. I try to keep the task smaller than most contractors to ensure the projects are done in a timely fashion. At times issues do surface on jobs which sets the timing off but we do our best to communicate throughout the entire process. Jobs are performed as written down and agreed to for everyone's comfort and securety. I offer financing up to $5,000 only requiring a small deposit with a contractors signed by both partes. The 1 call that does it all with a 365 day labor warranty on everything I touch.

Only thing solid and worth saving in it is the old wood burning stove, nice hutch and the dirt under the house.
Big city Banker thinks fixing it up wouldn't cost as much as bulldozing it and building fresh lol

Here is the kind of Crazy crap I seldom get calls for.
New York Bankers telling me they desperately need us to go clean up the exterior of a property that's been abandoned for years and take pictures of the interior.
I don't hate on big city Bankers but come on now seriously. You going to tell me what the jobs worth for us to do but yet you're 16 hours away and haven't laid a single eye on the property.
We got it done but definitely not for what the Big guy behind the computer screen in New York said it was worth lol

It has been a week like no other and it's only Wednesday.
We've had to Hustle harder than ever while working multiple jobs this week trying to keep the clients happy and the jobs on schedule for completion.
Jody has become a great asset and has started taking on some jobs to get the feel for it.
Laid her first laminate floor today.
