Congratulations to our own Leann Martin for her achievements and recognition at the 2026 KACAA State Meeting. She won the Distinguished Service Award (highest honor for Agriculture Agents), Search for Excellence in Crop Production (KY-TN Grain Day), Search for Excellence in Young & Beginning Farmers (Farming 101 - Team), and Educational Poster State Winner (SOKY Deer School). She will represent KY at the National Meeting in Denver, Co in a few weeks.
** Search for Excellence in Crop & Young/Beginner Farmers are BOTH National Finalists! The poster will represent KY in 2027 at the National Meeting.

Beef Producers: Your Input Matters!
The University of Kentucky Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking beef cow-calf producers to participate in a Fescue Toxicosis Survey.
Your feedback will help researchers better understand how fescue toxicosis impacts herds and develop practical mitigation strategies for producers across the region.
