We were in the area with a machine, and figured we would complete a portion of this landscaping renovation that required us to remove some relatively big shrubs and cypress trees. Here’s a pic of one of them we removed, root ball/stump and all is gone. Customer also asked, while you’re here go ahead and tear down/remove the dilapidated shed. We obliged.

We removed 2 rotted out and silt filled metal culverts, installed 4 total (2 on each driveway entrance 40ft wide entranceways) new double walled corrugated culvert pipe, backfilled, and cut new driveways in/graded out existing driveway on one side. Making a way to enter this property with larger trucks/trailers for the property owner and contractors, as we continue to develop the site. Up next we will be cutting more roads in, clearing off areas to prep cabin sites and whatever else the property owner decides!

Some underground electrical work. We dug the trench, electrician laid the conduit, we got it all inspected and passed, then backfilled and covered it up. Hauled a load of rock to fill in the trench through the driveway area, and completed the job from start to finish in less than 8hrs.

We don’t normally get to do a lot of stump grinding because we typically can dig them out. But occasionally we will bulk up a lot of stumps from trees we have cleaned up or done full removals on where digging the stump up with a machine is not practical. We spent a couple days grinding stumps. When I say we are full service, whatever it takes to complete your project, we will make a way.

Building a 3 rail wooden farm fence on this site. After we changed the landscape by doing a lot of grade work, client has decided to go with a border fence. Who better to call than us? We still have to add a couple more posts and trim the tops to their correct height. It is turning out to be a great project and really enhances our commitment to provide a professional experience and service to our clients. We are about to be getting into a few solid weeks worth of landscaping, so stay tuned!

We cleaned up this overgrown property that had been a disposal dump site for dirt etc. We pushed all the dirt that was on the upper side down into the valley area of the lot filling it up to make it a more easily traversed area. Still plenty of work to be done here as we are doing an entire transformation on this site as budget and visions allow for the site.

We graded out a boat launch ramp. Done all the form and prep work, poured a 6” face with rebar and wire for longevity. Got a heavy broom finish, and wet cut control joints. Took all the forms off and backfilled, it’s ready to go once fully cured. We finalized this project this past week, thankfully. We went in with some major work left to be completed. We excavated out the ground to grade, and to make a level area in the lawn. We unearthed huge 🪨 rocks! Spent 2 full days busting rock to get them to below surface grade. Then started the process of building the wall. We finished building the wall, geogrid matting, compacted permeable fill, drainage etc. and then backfilled, graded out the area. Spread 3 loads of topsoil that I forgot to take a picture of.
