For over 20 years, the Silva family has worked to gain the trust, respect, and business of the greater Tampa Bay Area (and sometimes farther!). Our team works together to provide quality sod service and instal

lations to our valuable customers - whether by a simple sod delivery, a residential or commercial installation, or our newest service addition - hydroseeding. Throughout our years in the industry, we have tailored our services to meet the needs of our customers, and are pleased with the options we currently offer including the delivery and installation of various varieties of sod by pallets and rolls, as well as hydroseeding. We believe that in addition to the services that we physically offer our customers, it is also important that we are doing our best behind the scenes in the office as well. As such, we are proud to be licensed and bonded with the State of Florida, fully insured, and we currently hold many certificates with various municipalities and local government such as: SBE (Small Business Enterprise), MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), and WMBE (Women Business Enterprise). Additionally, we are able to offer FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) certified sod, and are FDOT payroll compliant.

While at a recent job at Tampa International Airport, Phoebe made contact with one of our truck drivers.

After explaining she wanted to go on a field trip, she helped herself to catching a ride out to I-4. Unfortunately, she's decided she doesn't want to go back home, so we're hoping Tampa International Airport sees this and can come get their bird!

While pins and staples add support, they can only do so much when heavy rain, flowing water, or high-pressure water-truck spray hits the slope. Proper grading, installation, and gentle watering are essential to help these materials anchor securely and withstand Florida’s toughest water conditions.

DROUGHT | Latest drought monitor update just came in and the only county with major improvements is Citrus County. Hopefully some of today's rains can give us some more help.
