There are some radishes coming in and some tomatoes and peppers.

If you like flowers and butterflies, the community garden is for you. Also new seeds of lettuce, spinach, kale, radish, beet, turnip, bush beans, carrots, and snow peas are planted in for fall crop so keep an eye for those as they are emerging.

Apologies for getting behind in tending the garden. There was a death in the family and I couldn’t get out there for a bit. I will be back out there soon tending again.

Keep an eye on the zucchini. It's not quite but almost ready. Located in the second row from the West or gravel lot side of the garden.

We could really use some volunteer help with watering the garden. Watering doesn't take skill or knowledge of plants. It is a family friendly activity that you can do any time the park is open. There is a watering can in the wooden box by the restrooms and rain barrels on the east side of the restrooms, and a hydrant with a hose in the pollinator garden. Rain barrels save us water and money but either are okay. If you are willing to help us with watering please fill out the sign up genius linked below so that we know which days are covered and which aren't. This task helps us immensely and is necessary for the success of the garden. Thank you.
