Progress on this custom garage with upper level living quarters, this building consists of some interesting tall wall framing specs with it being lakeside! Looking forward too see this one wrapped up!

Our biggest project to date is coming to an end, This commercial indoor/outdoor grow facility consists of two pole sheds with double LVL reinforced trusses, with floors framed In between every truss to accommodate for the HVAC system stored in the attic of the buildings, we added a few small additions to the buildings as well as connected them, the main level of the building started as bare dirt we graded and set exterior foam for the concrete guys, once completed we built out both interiors with Insulated Metal panels to finish off and insulate at the same time! As we were building out the interior we had to frame in floors between the trusses and get all the hvac equipment up in there as we went! We then installed all the trims for the panels as well as all the racking for all the grow rooms, There are 4 main grow rooms finished off with moveable 2 tier racking, as well as a seedling room with three tier movable racks, all the grow rooms have their own watering and fertilizing systems integrated into the racking, as well as grow lighting, the smaller of the two buildings will be a drying and processing facility where it will be made into many different products, labeled, sealed and shipped off, on this last phase of this project we completed all the commercial along with some odds and ends. Cannot wait to see the full operational tour within the couple months!

Finished up a 26’x42’ mono slope pavilion over a homemade stone wood fired pizza oven, this pavilion consists of a Galvanized steel roof, smoked clear pro rib panels on the front side to let in some natural light, burgundy trims to tie it all together, burned and stained lumber/Cedar tone posts, faux stone panel siding on the gable ends to tie into the stone pizza oven look! This new space will offer a great place for the the customer to hold his wood fired pizza gatherings! If anyone’s looking to hold an event with wood fired pizza catering on site let me know I can get you in contact!

Rolling Growing racks going in on your commercial grow facility project!

Nice little change of scenery for a little weekend project, The customers lean-too off his barn collapsed in the storms earlier this spring so we went ahead and tore it down and disposed of the debris and patched up some holes!

Making progress on our ongoing commercial grow facility project, this is the smaller of the two buildings being the manufacturing side of the facility, Electrical is near completion, Epoxy flooring is complete and awaiting the door order to arrive to then install doors and baseboard trims! The large grow building is nearing this phase stay tuned for updates!

40x60 Shouse style home we completed earlier this winter, this building consists of Posts on concrete pier style construction, with bookshelf framing in between and 4’ on center trusses to allow for timely and cost effective finish out on the interior, Hayfeild window and doors, Midland garage doors, Steel Roofing and siding, Grey sidewall, Black roof, Black trims. Looking forward to finishing out the inside of this one once plumbing and concrete are completed!
