Job Opportunity: Well Driller’s Helper
Company: 3rd Gen Drilling

Job Description:
3rd Gen Drilling, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Well Driller’s Helper. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role with opportunities to learn and grow in the water well drilling industry.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the drill rig operator as needed
• Operate and maintain equipment
• Perform general mechanical maintenance
• Transport equipment
• Assist with pump installations
• Welding is a bonus but required

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions and various hours
