🌸A Friendly Reminder to Our Customers🌸
As a small business owner, I want to take a moment to clarify a few important things.
Permits and Planning & Zoning: Customers are responsible for understanding and meeting their local Planning & Zoning requirements and determining whether permits are required before purchasing a shed or portable building. Please make sure you have checked your local regulations before placing your order.
Deliveries: Once an order has been processed and turned over to the delivery company, the delivery arrangements and scheduling are handled by the delivery provider. While I will always do my best to assist with questions and provide updates when possible, certain aspects of the delivery process are outside of my control.
I am a small business owner, and this is my first business. I am learning, growing, and doing my best to provide a positive experience for every customer. I take my business seriously and strive to treat everyone with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
In return, I kindly ask that the same courtesy be extended to me. I am happy to answer questions, address concerns, and help where I can, but I will not accept being blamed for things outside of my control or being spoken to disrespectfully.
