🍂 Your Bermuda grass is about to go brown. DON’T PANIC!
As temperatures start dropping across North Texas, Bermuda lawns begin preparing for winter dormancy.
Here’s what you should know:
✅ Keep mowing as needed. Growth slows in the fall, but don’t scalp your lawn before winter.
💧 Adjust your watering. Cooler temperatures mean your lawn needs less water. Avoid overwatering.
🚫 Skip the heavy nitrogen. Pushing aggressive growth late in the season isn’t what your Bermuda needs.
🍃 Keep leaves cleared. Thick layers of leaves can block sunlight and trap moisture.
🌱 Don’t forget pre-emergent. Fall w**d prevention helps protect your lawn from winter w**ds. Timing matters!
Brown doesn’t always mean dead. Sometimes your lawn is just taking a winter vacation. 😎
