Hey everybody…

I’m Goose. 🐶

Some of you already know me as the guy who supervises every service call, rides sh***un in the truck, and makes sure everyone gets plenty of belly rubs before leaving a customer’s house.

Well… I’ve officially been promoted.

🎉 Chief Comfort Officer & Director of Social Woofing 🎉

(My humans wanted to call me “Chief Social Media Officer,” but I thought my title needed a little more personality.)

My job responsibilities now include:
✔ Supervising technicians
✔ Greeting customers
✔ Inspecting every Veto Pro Pac for treats
✔ Keeping morale high
✔ Reminding everyone to change their air filters
✔ Making sure Dad doesn’t work too much…
(I’m still working on that one.)

We’re back at it 💪🎣

It’s been a little quiet on here—but behind the scenes, we’ve been putting in WORK.

Blower motors & temp sensors!

Blower motor decided that it no longer wanted to listen to the thermostat and figured it would start doing its own thing. Not on my watch. Ripped it right out and replaced it to get our customer back in control!

Also had a temperature sensor on a zoned system that wanted to do the same thing! Again, not happenin’! Ripped it out and tossed a new one on as well! Back online and cooling like it should!
