In case you were wonder what we had been up to all winter here are some before and after photos of a double bathroom renovation that we had the pleasure of taking on.

Also, we currently have a couple of openings still available for this summer/next winter so please reach out now if you are interested in a free estimate. Unfortunately the cold weather finally drove us off from this exterior but it is definitely progressing nicely. We will be back in the spring to finish up the last little bit of siding and railings on the deck. After that it will be on to the interior of the enclosed porch as well as a kitchen remodel.

We currently still have a few openings for interior renovations this winter so please feel free to reach out with any of your renovation needs. We are fully insured and come with great references.

Here are a couple of pictures of our latest project. I will post more as things progress. We currently have some openings for interior winter projects and are booking exterior work into next summer/fall so if you have any home improvements that you want done please feel free to reach out. A fun little project we did this summer.

We removed the old sidelights with hand blown glass and after preping, reglazing, and painting we reinstalled them in a brand new custom fir door to maintain the old charm while updating everything to be more efficient.

We just wrapped up our winter project and now we’re on to the next one. The client is ecstatic with the outcome, which is always our number one goal, and I think that whoever ends up renting these units will be as well.

My team and I did all of the carpentry and painting on this one from frame to finish.

A little progress update on our latest project in downtown South Royalton. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find time to post much on here lately but we have been rather busy trying to keep this project moving forward to ensure that it is ready for rental before the next turnover at the law school.
