For years, these Southfield homeowners dealt with cold drafts, uncomfortable rooms, and windows that simply weren’t performing the way they should.

This is the rear of a James Hardie Timber Bark installation we just completed in Farmington, Michigan. HardiePlank lap siding, white trim, and a CertainTeed Landmark PRO roof in Moire Black.

The whole exterior was done under one crew, front to back.

This Memorial Day, we had the honor of being part of the Keego Harbor Memorial Day parade. Our own Brad drove the Level Up truck through the community, and it was a moment our whole team is proud of.

We are grateful to live and work in communities like this one. Keego Harbor showed up for the holiday the right way, and we were glad to be a small part of it.

To every veteran and every family who has sacrificed someone they love, thank you. That is what this weekend is really about.

We just wrapped a full exterior transformation in Farmington, MI and this one came out exactly how it was drawn up.

James Hardie HardiePlank lap siding in Timber Bark, white trim throughout, and a CertainTeed Landmark PRO roof in Moire Black. The roof went on first and set the color direction for everything that followed. Dark roof on top, warm brown fiber cement on the walls, clean white trim tying it all together.

HardiePlank is built for Michigan weather. It will not rot, warp, or need repainting for a long time because the ColorPlus factory finish is backed by a 15-year warranty.

The Landmark PRO carries a lifetime limited transferable warranty and 110 mph wind resistance. When you plan the roof and the siding together, the finished product shows it.
