🌊 Now Hiring: Pool Service Repair Technician
We are looking for a dependable Pool Service Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working outdoors, this could be a great fit.
🔧 Position Overview
We are seeking a technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial pools, spas, and related equipment. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, basic trade experience, and a strong customer service mindset.
🛠️ Responsibilities
• Inspect, service, and repair pools, spas, pumps, filters, heaters, valves, plumbing, automation systems, and lighting
• Diagnose issues with pumps, filters, leaks, heaters, plumbing, electrical, and controls
• Clean and maintain pools (skimming, brushing, vacuuming, baskets, filters, backwashing)
• Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, etc.)
• Install or replace parts, maintain service records, and communicate with customers
• Follow all safety procedures and standards
✅ Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in pool service, repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, irrigation, or mechanical trades preferred
• Understanding of pool equipment, water chemistry, and chemical safety preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Strong customer service skills and route management ability
💪 Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, and sun
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various physical positions for extended periods
• Must work safely around water, chemicals, and electrical systems
📅 Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time position
• Schedule varies based on season and route needs
• Pay based on experience and qualifications
