October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we're proud to stand alongside the fighters, the survivors, and the families who have walked this road. About 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will face a breast cancer diagnosis in her lifetime, which means it touches nearly every home we visit and every neighborhood we serve.

Early detection saves lives. So this month, we're asking our W3 family and our community to do one simple thing: schedule that screening, and encourage someone you love to do the same.

⚡ We’re hiring an Assistant Service Manager! ⚡
W3 Electric Heating & A/C is looking for an experienced electrician who enjoys supporting a team and helping technicians grow. You’ll work alongside our Service Manager to keep our electrical service team running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll help lead technician meetings, assist with training and field coaching, support daily scheduling, and help address customer concerns. You’ll also run service calls when coverage is needed and take part in the rotating on-call manager schedule.
💰 Salary: $65,000–$75,000, based on management experience

What we’re looking for:
🔧 Strong residential electrical service and troubleshooting experience
📋 A current Texas Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician license
🤝 Clear communication and a willingness to coach and support others

📍 3101 Main Street, Rowlett, TX
🕢 Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. + a rotating on-call manager schedule
