The 21st of July made one year since I officially dropped the world, a Consistent paycheck, company insurance, company retirement and so on and so forth. I obtained articles of organization and boom was off and running thinking in this firat year im gonna make 250 thousand dollars profit and be well on my way to 500 in year two. Most certainly those numbers can be obtained but for most of us the reality is closer to a situation where our girlfriends and\ or wives are ready to leave because we work literally 16 hours a day to barely make it by and keep the old equipment that should have been scraped years ago running. We then have to spend two hours working on our website that sends leads to Texas and crashes 75 times a day. Just to have google tell us our company business profile is only 34th best in the area and bo one turns to the 11th page on google ever. All of this and i would do it all again!!!! I now have commercial opportunities that will require me to hire ten full time workers, and two office workers. Im also looking into real estate to have a solid spot for my business. My 10 year business plan is rolling along perfect and a couple changes would catapult those plans into overdrive. The wrong decisions could sink the business entirely though. If i fail or succeed i couldnt put in anymore effort and time. Sometimes in life we make mistakes and people always look at us with distain. If we would help small businesses succeed more this country would be so much stronger. I think in ten years God willing i will be right where i want to be. My drive and ego wont allow failure, but i wont forget the months i could barely eat or pay my bills. i wont forget the people that helped me along the way. I wrote this post as proof to myself i ran a business the entire year and am still moving and growing that business. Dont give up on your dreams, fight for them, claw through adversity and never say i cant. Giving a 100 percent and failing isnt bad. Giving up is ....... If your a bigger business and can help smaller ones do it. Remember you needed help before as well. Red Rock Tree Service Honest and Reliable.
