From pre-construction to final framing, 7400 Congress was a great example of what can be accomplished when strong partnerships, communication, and ex*****on all align. Proud to see this project come together through a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

Closing out the year strong at 7400 Congress.

Over the last couple of months, the progress on this project has been exceptional, and the momentum we’ve built continues as we push toward the finish. Seeing steady ex*****on, coordination, and forward movement like this is always rewarding and a testament to the teams behind it.

Thank you to OHT Partners for the continued trust and collaboration, and to all the trade partners, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel who have contributed to keeping this project moving efficiently and safely.
