We are pleased to announce Augusto Tiezzi as Director of Construction Technology at Lott Brothers Construction Company.

Augusto will build our in house construction science program and lead how we apply artificial intelligence across preconstruction and project delivery. His focus is straightforward: fewer surprises in the field, better coordinated models, and schedules our owners can rely on.

Building this capability in house is a deliberate choice. Our clients deserve a builder that solves problems before they reach the jobsite, not after.

A major milestone for the Panhandle State Hospital in Amarillo!

Last week, our team celebrated the official topping out of what will become the Panhandle’s first state psychiatric hospital alongside Texas Health and Human Services.

Once complete, the 75-bed facility will bring 50 forensic beds and 25 civil beds to the region, expanding access to inpatient mental health care across the Panhandle. Designed with healing in mind, the facility will feature natural light, courtyards, locally sourced stone, and welcoming spaces centered around dignity and community.

A huge thank you to our design partners Stantec, Datum Engineers, and Parkhill, along with all of the vendors and community partners who helped make the topping-out celebration so special.

We’re proud to be part of a project that’s more than just a building — it’s an investment in the Panhandle community for generations to come.

Progress at Crane Hospital Clinic

Construction is moving into the home stretch! Our team is currently completing flooring, countertops, and trim work throughout the building, and we’re getting our owner punch walk scheduled as we get closer to turning this space over.

Construction continues to move forward on the Habitat for Humanity Persimmon Point project! Our team has completed and turned over 13 of the 18 homes to Habitat for Humanity homeowners, with 4 more set to be finished by the end of October.

On the ground, landscaping work is underway across the site, while buildings 13, 14, 15, and 16 are in the final stretch, wrapping up interior work and preparing for final inspections.
Proud to be part of a project that’s putting families into homes and building community, one house at a time.

Sam is a seasoned construction professional with 28 years of comprehensive industry experience spanning the commercial, residential, and multifamily segments.

Throughout his career, Sam has developed a heavy background and deep expertise in executing complex multifamily developments from the ground up. He is recognized for his hands-on leadership, deep technical knowledge, and commitment to structural quality.

Outside of the job site, Sam is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and restoring cars, as well as spending quality time with his two children.

Lott Brothers Construction Company is proud to break ground on the new Bulverde Spring Branch Fire & EMS Station 75, delivered as a design-build project in partnership with .

Located at 27534 State Hwy 46 W in Bulverde, this new facility will serve as the future home for BSB Fire and EMS crews, supporting the growing needs of the Comal County community they protect every day.

We're also grateful to be working closely with as owner's representative on this project, helping ensure a smooth and collaborative process from groundbreaking to completion.

Thank you to Comal County ESD 5 and the entire BSB Fire & EMS team for trusting LBCC with this important project. We're honored to help build a facility that will serve first responders and the community for years to come.
