Job Opening: Box Truck Delivery Driver

Location: Austin/Round Rock

Job Type: Full Time position + overtime when required
Compensation: $18 - $20/hour + Paid Time Off after qualifying period.

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Box Truck Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. You will operate a 16-foot to 26-foot box truck to safely transport, load, and deliver cabinetry items to local businesses and residential customers. Also requires weekly trips to Houston and/or Dallas area. This role requires excellent time management, physical stamina, and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Safe Operation: Drive a box truck along optimized local routes in compliance with all traffic laws.
Loading & Unloading: Securely load cargo, use ramps, lift gates/hand trucks, and safely unload items at designated spots.
Inspections: Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection checklists to ensure road safety.
Documentation: Verify delivery manifests, collect customer signatures, and log completed stops via our delivery method.
Customer Service: Serve as the professional face of our company during face-to-face drop-offs.

Job Requirements
Licensing: Valid standard Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3-5 years minimum. (Note: CDL is not required, but a medical DOT card is preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience safely operating a box truck or similar large commercial vehicle. Familiarity with GPS and route planning tools. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
Physical Ability: Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Age Minimum: Must be at least 21 years old for insurance compliance.
Screening: Must pass a mandatory criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Language: Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
Communication: Good customer service skills for dropping off items and talking to clients.
Drug & Alcohol Testing: A pre-employment drug test and enrollment in a random testing program is required.

We're looking for a passionate and results driven individual ready to delve into the world of Cabinetry! We're looking for a full time Sales and Design Consultant, featuring a base pay along with the opportunity for commission. With so much commercial and residential growth in the Central Texas region, we need all the help we can get!

We're looking for somebody who can work Monday through Fridays, 9am-5pm, and occasional half days on Saturdays. Preferably a bi-lingual candidate fluent in Spanish. The ideal candidate would also have some experience with computer usage and customer service. We will train you to use our 3D design software, accounting programs, and to learn out product catalog!

Previous experienced in any related field is preferred but not required!
