📣 SPREAD THE WORD 📣
🚨 WE’RE HIRING! 🚨
The Mastermind team is growing, and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us!
We value a positive mindset, strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail!
We’re looking for dependable, self-motivated team members who are searching for something long term. Individuals who enjoy being part of a team that works hard, has fun, and holds themselves to a high standard while also understanding that this is a hands-on position that requires grit, effort, and working year round outdoors in the Texas heat!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Full-time availability | Monday–Friday
* Reliable transportation to and from Austin and surrounding area job sites
* Valid ID and Social Security number
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
* Experience preferred, but not required!
Skill can be trained, but work ethic can’t! We’re happy to invest in and train motivated individuals who possess the qualities, work ethic, mindset and willingness to learn that we’re looking for along with a genuine commitment to completing all projects the right way.
THE WORK:
Masonry, pavers, fencing, drainage, site preparation, loading and unloading of materials, operation of tools, equipment, and more. Every project is different, and there’s always something new to learn!
WHAT WE OFFER:
✓ Competitive weekly pay
✓ Consistent, full-time work
✓ No required weekends (optional Saturdays when available)
✓ Hands-on training and skill development
✓ Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth
If you’re looking for a chance to build a long term career, not just work another job and want to be part of a team that takes pride in what every project they build, we’d love to hear from you!
