Prepped a couple of pads for a nice pair of run in sheds to be delivered to this clients property. We used our laser grader for sub grade and installation of the stone dust to ensure on delivery day there were no hiccups.

Back up on the mountain to take care of a few tasks for some repeat clients. Spent a week clearing a few different spots around the property. Removing brush, downed trees, rocks to construct a pad for a future building. With over 3’ elevation change, we trucked in 7 dump truck loads of fill and built a retaining wall out of the rocks we removed from the pad site. Cleared a few paths for atvs and machinery to move throughout the mountain a little easier.

Our most recent project took place at The 1789, a beautiful lesson,boarding, and sales barn just over the mountain in Clarke County! Be sure to check them out and their list of upcoming events. It’s a great facility and we were honored to assist them.

We removed all of the footing to laser grade the base and compact. After thoroughly blending the footing, we then reinstalled the sand and now this massive 100’x250’ indoor arena is ready to ride! Up next, 60’ round pen.

Had the pleasure of helping these clients bring their dry lot and pasture back to life. We cleaned up the gate entrances that were always a muddy problem by removing the unsuitable material and filling the area with 21a and topped with stone dust. Also added 170 tons of stone dust to the dry lot, as always we appreciate A.G. Butler & Son for providing and hauling all of our material.

Pasture cleanup consisted of removing old hay, muck and limbs to make it a safe place for the horses to roam. We also hauled off 8 loads of logs to be repurposed for firewood.

This older arena had some serious drainage issues. After some rainstorms it looked more like a pond than a riding arena. Well put away your fishing poles and tack up your horse, it’s time to ride!

We began this project by removing all of the footing and built up material around the perimeter. We then laser graded the base and capped it with fresh stone dust and compacted. We salvaged what old footing we could and added 50 tons of fresh sand to blend and final grade.

Demo work is always enjoyable! This 18x32 structure has provided shelter for this clients horses for many years. Unfortunately it wasn’t safe for the horses to take shelter in any longer. Out with the old and soon to be in with the new.
