Just a little unattached 12x22 deck, with a roof covering half the deck. This one was fun, we had to endure the heatwave and awesome rain storms while building this.

Customer needed a 6’x6’ shed to house their water filtration system.

-layout of pad, installation of electrical that was being buried and water lines from well to shed.
-form & finishing of pad.
-construction of the building with metal roofing.
-installation of insulation/ electrical inside the shed to power the water filtration system.
-installed temperature controlled vents to keep the shed from over heating in the summer.

And now we wait for the system to be installed to go back to hook up the new well wires, and backfill the trenches.

This was a great small project that allowed us to showcase our range of work, and skills to do it all.

Had a customer call back for more painting work. But this job was a little deeper and included wallpaper removal,and wall repairs. After the walls were all patched and primed we added a very trendy Greek villa color that helps add more light during the day, and the fireplace got a fresh coat of a Gray tone to make the blue Mantel pop. We also updated all the outlets and switches, along with the fans and track lights. There was a nice upgrade to the slider and window trim with a stained trim look, and new clean freshly painted base trim. From moving the furniture out, completing the work and moving it all back into the family room, once again we leave with a customer happy again. Get in contact with us for your painting needs.

Phase 1
Started with the full basement remodel, full bath, living room, bedroom and an egress window in the laundry room.

Phase 2
Then the bathroom on the main floor,full gut and fully redone adding heated floors granite shelves in the shower and granite vanity top with other customer choice items.

Phase 3
We replaced all the doors on the first floor with solid wood doors stained and poly to the customers color choice. Adding in a bi fold door to a smaller loft bedroom and closet hall. We also did all the window, door and base trim in the same color as the doors. We also replaced the front door and garage doors with exterior steel door that were much better insulated.

Phase 4
Because the floors had been sanded and had a water based poly applied previously, we sanded the floors to a working surface to be able to apply a longer lasting oil based poly. Bamboo floors in the kitchen had been previously installed but customer wanted to go a different direction and we replaced the kitchen floor with a vinyl plank flooring that more versatile for a kitchen.

We also ended up replacing all the light fixtures through out the first floor.

This was a long job but more than pleased with the results.

The latest bathroom remodel completed.
This remodel included :

-heated floor
-all new door and trim
-custom tile shower(with almost 700 tile), 2 niches, and
added shelf at the upper back of the shower
- granite vanity and shower shelves
-wood ceiling
-lots of of lighting including shower light, fan/light setup,
vanity and mirror lights.
-glass shower slider

A lot of attention to details in this bathroom. Even the smallest details are gonna make the projects better.
