We are wrapping up a beautiful project at Lot 280 in Swan Ridge for McKinney Builders, and the final results are looking incredible.

Here is a breakdown of the premium features on this custom build:

Premium Materials: Featuring the new Ironstone roof tile. These are the new 12x24 field tiles.

Standing Seam Accents: We installed sleek standing seam metal roofing on the garage and back porch.

Custom Details: A beautiful radiused roof adds unique architectural character, while custom conductor heads ensure water drains properly onto the metal roof sections.

Flawless Color Scheme: The entire project is tied together with a stunning Dark Bronze finish on the metal roof, trim, and ridge caps.

We are back on-site at Dudley Lane, and this project is coming together beautifully! We’re partnering with Pradera Group Custom Home Builders to install a roof that matches the incredible craftsmanship of this custom build.

Here’s a quick breakdown of where we’re at:

Premium Vermont Slate: Our team is meticulously hand-installing gorgeous Vermont slate. It’s a timeless look built to last generations.

Coordinating with the Crew: It’s a tight working space today! We're sharing the site with the brickmasons and other trades, but a busy job site means progress.

The Home Stretch: We have about 3 to 4 days left on this current phase. Next up? Installing the finish flashing and those stunning copper half-round gutters to really make this roof pop.

A massive shoutout to our crew for their precision and patience in a tight space. This home is going to be an absolute showstopper when it's done.

Saturday morning site walks in Serenbe! 🌧️🏡

Mother Nature threw some heavy rain our way, but we just wrapped up a successful dry-in for Phillip Clark Custom Builders. Everything is tight, secure, and ready for the next phase.

Here’s what’s happening on this build:

Roof Type: 5V crimp metal roof 🔨

Flat Roof Section: Clean TPO installation is officially complete!

Next Steps: Getting the panel list put together today and prepping to hit the next lot.

Nothing beats the peace of mind that comes with a perfectly dried-in roof after a storm. On to the next one! 🛠️💪

Remember this beautiful home in Alpharetta we showed you about a month ago when it was just dried in? We’re back on Baxley Lane for day three of the final installation, and the transformation is incredible!

Despite fighting the rain this week, the crew has been crushing it and we are officially about 80% done with this beauty.

🛠️ The Project Details:
The Slate: We are installing Brava's "Light Arendelle" slate (single width). The contrast between this gorgeous slate gray and the white brick is absolute perfection.

The Progress: Only about two more slopes of tile left to lay down!

Next Up: Tomorrow we start rolling out the custom metal accents for the dormers, front porches, and back porches.

⚾️ Tackling a project for the Home Team! 🪓

We were out in Smyrna today putting a brand new roof on for our buddy Brandon Leak from 680 The Fan The Locker Room morning show! While the guys on the radio were talking Atlanta Braves baseball, our crew was busy knocking this townhouse project out of the park.

For Brandon’s home, we installed the premium GAF Timberline UHDZ Class 4 Impact-Rated Shingles. They give you that classic architectural look but pack a massive punch against severe weather—plus, they can help save some serious cash on homeowners insurance! 💰🛡️

We also added a sleek standing seam metal accent on the front porch to give this row of townhomes some major curb appeal. Tight spaces and close neighbors mean safety is always our #1 priority, so we kept everything roped off and running smooth.

🔨 Huge progress on a massive build in Tyrone, GA! We’re on-site with the team at McKinney Builders laying down a stunning GAF Camelot designer roof. Clocking in at a whopping 92 squares, this is a beautiful, expansive estate—and our crew is making quick work of it.

We’re up in Ball Ground, GA today, teaming up with the incredible crew at New River Building Co. to lay down this gorgeous Mechanical Lock Metal Roof! 🏠✨

Check out the process! We’re running some seriously long panels today, and those striations are looking sharp.

So, what makes a mechanical lock different from a snap lock? 🛠️ Instead of just snapping the panels together, our crew goes in with hand seamers to manually fold and lock the metal legs in place. It takes a bit more time and precision, but the result is a rock-solid, single-lock seam that is built to withstand the elements and last a lifetime. 💪

The guys are moving fast, and this roof is going to look incredible when it’s all locked down. Huge shoutout to New River Building Co. for having us on this beautiful build!
