Just in time for Labor Day weekend ☀ we’re bringing you outside our newly completed Chandler Project in Roswell, GA.

A resort-style pool, pickleball + basketball court, firepit, putting green, outdoor shower, covered outdoor living and plenty of room to gather - this backyard was designed to make staying home feel like the destination.

And while each space has its own purpose, the real design was in making all of them feel connected to the home and to the way this family actually lives: entertaining friends, spending time together and making the most of a beautiful Georgia day 🙌

Because when you’re designing a custom home from the ground up, the backyard deserves just as much thought as everything inside.

This isn’t your typical night out in Roswell ✨ On October 3, we’re trading blueprints for a night of dinner, drinks, music and a little fun on the playground - all for an incredible cause.

Party on Our Playground is the Children's Development Academy annual fundraiser, bringing our Roswell community together for a night out while supporting brighter futures for local children.

For more than 50 years, CDA has helped give local children a brighter start by making high-quality early education accessible to working families.

It’s a mission especially close to us at Bold SMAC, with Chip proudly serving on CDA’s Board of Directors.

One custom home feature that just makes sense: putting the laundry room where the laundry actually is 👏

This laundry room was designed as part of the primary suite, connecting directly to the closet to make washing, folding and putting clothes away that much easier

The architecture may set the stage, but the interiors bring a home to life✨

We recently completed the main-level interior refresh of our Cashiers Project in Roswell, GA, and we’re excited to finally share a look inside.

Warm woods, layered textures, statement lighting and a mix of light and moody finishes give each room its own personality while still creating a cohesive flow throughout the home. From the dramatic game room to the light-filled living and dining spaces, every detail was considered as part of the larger design.
