We're back with another member of the incredible team that makes Axis, Axis. Because great firms aren't just built by projects. They're built by the people behind them.
Meet Cristina Culbreth.
If you handed Cristina a free plane ticket, she'd be headed straight to Anguilla. Back at Axis, she considers herself the "keeper of the culture," helping create and capture the memories and moments that make our team who we are. Of everything she's helped bring to life, our annual videos are among her proudest creations.
What motivates her at work? Music. Preferably something good playing while she tackles her next deadline. And while some might be surprised to learn that her job involves actual work, Cristina assures us it's both fun AND essential. 😂
The best career advice she's ever received? "You have nothing to lose and everything to gain." A reminder to go after what you want in life.
Outside the office, Cristina enjoys concerts, boat days, weekend trips, MX racing, photography, and watching her kids discover hobbies of their own.
She also has a rather specific hidden talent: identifying most cars at night by their headlights and taillights alone. We're not entirely sure how she discovered that superpower, but we're impressed.
The little thing that makes her day better? Yapping. Her go-to fuel? A Lime Alani Nu. And if she had a walk-up song, it'd be "True Nature" by Jane's Addiction.
