✨ BEFORE & AFTER | Half Bath Floor Upgrade — Marietta, East Cobb ✨

Sometimes your floors don’t need to be broken to deserve something better. 🙌

This homeowner in East Cobb had perfectly good hardwood floors in their half bath — but they had a vision for something more elevated. We demoed the existing hardwood, prepped the subfloor, and installed this stunning classic black & white basketweave mosaic tile.

The result? A timeless, high-end look that completely transformed the personality of the space.

🛠️ What we handled on this project:
✅ Careful removal of existing hardwood flooring
✅ Full subfloor prep & leveling
✅ Classic basketweave mosaic tile installation
✅ Precision grouting & clean finish work

That basketweave pattern is one of those looks that never goes out of style — and when it’s set right, it looks like it belongs in a design magazine. 📖

You don’t have to wait for something to go wrong to upgrade your home. If you’ve been thinking about refreshing a bathroom, kitchen floor, or any space in your house — let’s talk. KC Property Services is owner-operated, licensed & insured, and we treat every project like it’s our own home.

📍 Proudly serving Marietta, East Cobb, Acworth, Kennesaw, Woodstock, Roswell & all of Metro Atlanta
