When we took over as the third generation of the family to operate All Seasons, we knew we had big shoes to fill. Grandpa Bob and Grandma Barb started All Seasons in 1967 with the intent to serve the people of Toledo with the best heating and cooling solutions possible. Grandpa Bob was full of wisdom; we loved hearing his stories, and longed for his advice. And Grandma Barb had a unique way of mak
ing us feel loved and valued. They passed the business on to our dad, Bob Jr., who brought the company forward and continued the long term commitment to service and excellence in Toledo. Under him, we added new branches including plumbing and electricity. We brag about our employees, some of whom have been here for 30+ years.
