To all of our valued customers,
I wanted to take a moment to address our current scheduling situation and personally apologize for any delays. Over the last two months, Kaufman County and Henderson County have experienced an unusually high number of rainy days. While most people see rain as a one-day delay, in our industry, one substantial rain event can easily put a project behind by 2-3 days due to muddy conditions, standing water, inaccessible job sites, and ground that simply isn’t suitable for quality construction work.
We schedule every project carefully and in the order that jobs are sold, but all scheduling is weather permitting. Unfortunately, we cannot control what Mother Nature does.
As of this morning alone, I had 11 phone calls and text messages asking about scheduling updates. Please know that I am personally following up with customers and doing my best to keep everyone informed on the status of their projects. Our team is working diligently to get every job completed as quickly and professionally as possible without sacrificing quality.
When you consider the amount of rain we’ve received over the past two months, and the fact that each rain event can set us back several days, you can imagine how far behind that puts outdoor construction projects like fencing, staining, gates, concrete, and other exterior work.
We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support. We are committed to getting caught up and delivering the quality workmanship that Superior Fence & Staining is known for.
If you have any questions regarding your project, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
