Photo dump this morning from a property we worked on north of Dayton last week.
Last year, we mulched 10 acres of logging cleanup for John, with a grander vision of what this property could become.
With a plan in place, we started by grubbing and clearing all the trees and stumps from the future pond and pad locations.
From there, we built a massive house pad and road through the property for his future home and shop.
New ditches were cut to promote drainage toward the new pond and away from the roadways.
After all of that was complete, we spent additional days removing every dead and hazardous tree, along with inconvenient stumps throughout the property.
It’s been awesome watching this property transform from the vision we talked about last year into what it is today. There’s still more to come, and we’re proud to be a part of it.
