This bathroom received a refresh in 2026, bringing in more light with selections, a cleaner look, and solutions to a few existing issues. The updates included a new vanity, flooring, composite shower surround, and plumbing fixtures, along with new hardware, a refreshed ceiling, and fresh paint on the walls.

To complete the transformation, we moved away from the traditional ceramic accessories and incorporated brushed nickel finishes for a more cohesive, modern look.

From 1969 to today — without changing the footprint!

Our goal with this kitchen remodel was to bring this 1969 kitchen into the present day while working within the home’s existing layout.

The project included updated electrical and insulation, along with rerouting the kitchen exhaust vent through the three-season porch and to the exterior of the home. The homeowners chose to keep the existing soffits, which allowed us to accommodate the vent routing as well as additional plumbing serving the upstairs bathrooms.

The result? A kitchen that feels completely refreshed while still respecting the character and structure of the home.

Every home has a story, and this 1907 Minneapolis home had over a century's worth to tell.

A great visit to StarMark cabinet manufacturing facility in South Dakota and a wonderful learning experience. Seeing how the cabinets are made from start to finish gave our designers a better appreciation for the craftsmanship and attention to details that goes into every home. The training also supported in better understanding the product, new products, modifications we use. Which make our designers more confident when working with customers needs and wants in making the space they envisioned a true reality.
