Since 2008, Kitchens Made Simple has proudly served homeowners throughout the Twin Cities from our showroom in Roseville, MN. With thousands of projects completed over the years, ranging from small updates to full-scale remodel, we know that our success is built on the dedication of our incredible team.

This weekend, we took some time to celebrate and thank our employees for the care, craftsmanship, and commitment they bring to every project from start to finish. We traded hammer and tape measure for golf clubs and enjoyed a fun day together. Even though Elvir didn't claim the #1 spot on the leadeboard, it was a great time by all!

We are also taking this opportunity to express our gratitude to our clients. Thank you for welcoming us into your homes and trusting us with your remodeling projects. It has been a privilege to work with many of you throughout the years as your families grow and your space needs evolve. We are greatful for the opportunity to create spaces that will be enjoyable for years to come.

The goal of this kitchen remodel was to maximize storage and functionality while maintaining the existing footprint and staying within budget. Through thoughtful design and custom solutions, we were able to significantly improve the space without altering the overall layout.

To accomplish this, we added 42” upper cabinets for increased storage, a smaller pantry along the blank wall, additional cabinetry on the refrigerator wall, and a custom open shelf near the range for both style and convenience. We also incorporated an angled cabinet to create a wider, more comfortable pathway to the back door.

One of the standout features is the 36” Super Susan corner cabinet, replacing the traditional blind corner the homeowners disliked and creating much more accessible storage. To avoid moving the window and keep the project budget-friendly, the range was intentionally offset from the hood—proving that smart design is all about balancing function, aesthetics, and practicality.

We approached this remodel with one clear goal: to preserve the original look and layout while elevating functionality. Every detail was thoughtfully customized, from the shower base designed to maintain the existing drain placement to the wall tile that closely matches the original style. A custom shower door was installed to allow smooth operation in both directions, maximizing accessibility.

We also incorporated practical upgrades, including built-in cubbies, grab bars, and a custom vanity with a pull-out storage feature. To further enhance the space, we replaced the standard door with a pocket door—creating better flow and making the room feel more open and efficient.
