Doesn’t get much better than a full 3000 grit polish on a new slab. This is a expansion on an existing home with the floors completed before sheet rock. Polished concrete is so durable, it won’t get damaged during the rest of the build.

Interior metallic epoxy floor completed today for a home in Fairfield, CA. One of our favorite floors to do.

Home in West Sacramento finished today. This is a stain and seal on the existing slab. (No overlay) The entire floor was ground to remove paint overspray, carpet glue, and level multiple uneven areas. Holes and cracks were filled and ground flush as well. 6" saw cut bands around the perimeter were done and stained by hand. Multiple colors were used on the field to achieve another one-of-a-kind look.

What you're seeing may look like large, high end travertine tile. This is actually a seamless concrete floor. The homeowners wanted a solution to the boring ceramic tile and light colored carpet. Having pets, it was a constant struggle to maintain a clean floor. After a short discussion it was clear they were set on concrete flooring.
After removing the existing floor coverings we repaired any cracks and holes. Followed by 3 thin layers of concrete. They decided on 30"x30" saw cuts with and engraving in the small round dining area. The new surface was stained with multiple colors followed by an epoxy clear coat that protects the floor and fills in the saw cuts and engraving to create a true seamless floor.
