I’m already the only tree company in the area with online estimate booking, but not everybody wants to book through a website. A lot of people still want to call and give me the details over the phone.
The problem is that I’m on the phone trying to think fast, checking the map, checking the days, trying to figure out where I can fit them in. That leaves the customer waiting on the line.
So I took the automatic scheduler I already use and put it on our side too. Type in the name or the property address, it pulls from our CRM, and boom, here are the available times. Me or my receptionist can book an estimate while we’re still on the call.
Just another little thing I’m excited about. Faster calls, better experience for the customer.
