Congratulations to Rosewood Dermatology on officially opening its doors in Highland Park!

It was wonderful to celebrate this milestone alongside the Rosewood Dermatology team, Dr. Rachel Lefferdink's family, and so many members of the community. Opening a new practice is a big step, and this one was a long time in the making.

A heartfelt thank you to Mayor Nancy Rotering and the Highland Park Illinois Chamber of Commerce for welcoming Rosewood so warmly. Highland Park, you've got a great new neighbor!

This building used to be a bank.

Our fifth project with Cameo Dental Specialists is complete! We transformed a 5,000 SF former bank in LaGrange into a multi-specialty dental office, bringing oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics together under one roof. Patients can now see multiple specialists without ever leaving the practice.

Converting an existing building comes with its own set of challenges, from working within the original structure to meeting today's clinical and life-safety codes. The result is a space that keeps the building's character while giving Cameo room to grow.

Thank you to Cameo Dental Specialists for trusting us again. Five projects in, it's still a pleasure.

Site work continues on our pediatric dental ambulatory surgery center in Wisconsin — this week's drone flyover captures the concrete pour taking shape as the building's footprint comes into focus.

Every phase, from sitework to final walkthrough, is managed under one roof through The Apex Continuum™ — keeping this 10,000 SF project on schedule and true to the vision.
