Wrapped up an Office Renovation this last week… Installed new laminate wood flooring… All new interior paint throughout… some new light fixtures… new baseboards.. few other repairs & wallah there you have it — A beautiful, newly renovated, & all ready for clients & patients OFFICE SPACE!!! 🔨 Pro’s & Con’s for sure … Overall composite seems to be the more economical choice esp here in Oregon where it rains a lot & moisture can deteriorate natural wood much faster then composite decking…

🔨 Composite Decking is easier to maintain, lasts longer, much more durable, no splinters, no staining, & comparable in price esp with the increase in lumber prices..

🔨Some prefer natural, beautiful wood just for the authenticity of it & it is beautiful however make sure you stain or paint it for longevity and/or get pressure treated wood much more durable & sustainable thru the weather — However, be sure to check those lumber prices first before you pull the trigger!!
