Let's set the record straight on this one before any speculations are made. We did not install this unit or do the plumbing work. The homeowner's hired somebody who reworked all the plumbing and starting working on the shower then ghosted them. I dont know who it was or the full story. All I know is we have our work cut out for us. We're going to work on this in our spare time and should be able to post some updates in a few weeks.

We turned a window into a patio door. It's probably not as impressive or quick as pulling a rabbit out of a hat, but it's basically magic none the less lol. We popped over today to paint the trim, cleanup, and put the furniture back. It turned out very good.

I didn't get too many pictures with this one. We were fighting the rain. There was a window in there. We went with wider trim inside (homeowner approved) to avoid patching any drywall. It turned out amazing.

Here's what we've been working on this week. We're doing prep work for a plumbing company to come in and rework the plumbing and install a shower and water heater. We're just about at a stand still here until the plumbing gets reworked. We have some framing to do this morning. I'll share updates as we make progress.

They may have won the first initial battle but we won the war. The nest was about the size of a basketball. Jeff accidentally tore it in half while we were removing the insulation. He only managed to get stung once on the hip. It all worked out though. It could have definitely been way worse.

Our Monday is going swell. About as swell as Jeff's hip right about now 😅🤣 They got him once. I was half way down the road when I realized the wing demons had spawned in.

Got the last piece of facia board installed. The deck turned out great. The homeowner's had a chance to set everything back up. They plan to stain the railing once the wood dries out. We're headed back to the other tiny bathroom to see if we can't wrap that one up today too.

We made it back to this little gem. We're basically finished but we ran into a manufacturing issue with the shower doors. Don't worry about the strip of silicone on the pan curb. It's easier to get off once it dries. We didn't install the window. It may or may not be a tad off level. The toilet was a blast. Ask Jeff, he'll confirm lol. Hopefully we'll be able to get a new door here soon and wrap this bathroom up. We'll keep you updated.
