Concrete Masonry Unit(CMU) or block walls have 2-3 hollow cores which allows water to build up in the walls. Water will seep in at base of wall or between the blocks. Weep holes, interior drain tile and sump pump is the permanent solution to prevent basement flooding. Call of us to evaluate your basement.
