As they close their doors, we want to thank the Del Fuego team for being part of New Village since its early days and for the role they played in Patchogue’s continued revitalization. Exciting progress continues at Brightview Senior Living in Greenburgh, NY, where TRITEC serves as Construction Manager. 🏗️

With the building topped out, roofing complete, and siding nearly finished, the team’s focus has shifted to finish work throughout the project. This month, stone veneer, porch decking, and trim got underway, while plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection work continues to advance.

Inside, drywall and door installation are moving forward alongside cabinetry, countertops, light fixtures, tile, flooring, and trim.

What goes into building a restaurant from the ground up? At Lucharitos at Station Yards, it meant bringing together everything from underground infrastructure to the finishing details that give the space its unmistakable character. 🏗️🌮

TRITEC Building Company managed the ground-up construction, including all underground utilities, a full commercial kitchen, custom millwork bar, walk-in cooler, Saltillo tile flooring, wood accents, exposed ductwork, decorative lighting, and the folding window that opens the restaurant to its outdoor bar.

The result is a space built for more than dining. Today, Lucharitos comes alive during concerts, holiday celebrations, and everyday gatherings, making it a natural extension of the Station Yards community.

What does it take to build a modern specialty grocery store? A whole lot more than meets the eye. 🏗️🌿

Behind every fresh produce display, walk-in cooler, and prepared foods counter is months of planning, technical expertise, and seamless coordination. At Station Yards, TRITEC Building Company transformed a raw retail space into a fully operational Cornucopia Natural Foods, delivering a specialty market designed to support fresh food preparation, merchandising, and an exceptional customer experience.

The project included the installation of rooftop HVAC systems, complex plumbing through an active parking structure, specialized refrigeration, commercial kitchen infrastructure, walk-in coolers and freezers, and custom butcher block checkout counters. Working closely with the owner, architect, engineers, and specialty vendors, our team coordinated every phase of construction to successfully deliver the project on an accelerated schedule.

From early coordination through project completion, this project reflects the craftsmanship, technical expertise, and collaborative approach that define TRITEC Building Company. 🌊 A day on the water, great company, and a shared commitment to giving back.

Members of the TRITEC Building Company team recently participated in Long-Island Home-Builders Care's Annual Summer Fishing Trip, spending the day alongside industry partners in support of an organization dedicated to helping Long Island families and communities.

We appreciate the opportunity to take part in an event that combines camaraderie with a meaningful cause. Thank you to Long Island Home Builders Care and everyone who helped make this year's outing such a success.
