This newly designed 5,000 sq. ft. home presents a refined interpretation of classic American colonial architecture, with a strong emphasis on symmetry, proportion, and timeless detailing.

The residence features a balanced façade with white clapboard siding, dark shutters, divided-light windows, dormers, brick chimneys, and a gracious arched entry portico that creates a stately yet welcoming presence.

The landscape complements the architecture with a manicured lawn, low foundation plantings, rounded shrubs, and mature trees that frame the home in an elegant, established estate-like setting.
