It's that time of year again where roofs start to leak and flashing starts to fail! Recently had a customer who was experiencing drips running down the side of her chimney pipe. It looks like on the back side of her chimney boot there was a large one and a half inch hole gouged out by what I'm assuming was ice last season. With the heavy rain we've been receiving over the last week our phones have been blowing up with various moisture damage related issues and service calls for leaking roofs and chimneys. Give us a call if you need any help with roof repair, flashing repair, damage chimney crickets etc we are offering winter rates for winterization, property upkeep, and water mitigation.

We recently added hardwood flooring to a couple rooms on a customer's house on the Snoqualmie ridge. We refinished everything and clear coated it with three coats of water-based finish. I think it cleaned up really nice for how discolored it was before. Another satisfied customer!

Pictures of freshly installed tongue and groove Red oak floor. Customer added the dining room and living room as well as a small office. You can see it in the pictures how we laced into the existing. This allows the wood to blend once we send and finish everything that way it matches seamlessly.
