Front Door Replacement:
As usual with many exterior doors that don’t get the proper maintenance the
Wooden parts will start to decay.
This one was not the exception and the damage was far for a simple and durable repair.

Floor transition and flooring installation.

When the old carpet was removed
It left a big gap under the door jambs due to the thickness of the carpet and padding
this left us with the task to make new thresholds
And here is one of them.

This update was necessary to provide an easy access to the back yard.
A concrete base was installed at the bottom where we attached the stair strings.
On the spindles We decide to use 2x4s
To make the new stairs more welcoming to the existing design after painting.

This remodel went from bathroom tub to a walking shower
Finished with a pvc trim around it to protect the edge of drywall a little more from water splash.
We also made sure that each grab bar was attached to the structure of the wall making sure that when it will be use it will actually help for many years.
New plumbing was also done and finished with a fresh coat of paint.
