We have a few on the books, ready to go. Don't dawdle! Come place an application and deposit on a townhome today! Each one is a 2 bed, 2.5 bah, all- electric unit. We provide fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are washer dryer hookups. You can rent a set for $100 per month, or bring your own. We have a coin operated laundromat on site. 12 month lease required, along with Security deposit, equal to one months' rent. None of these are pet friendly units...

Well now is the time to give us a call! We have 4 townhomes at Vichy Rd available and ready to go! All of these units are 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, all-electric townhomes. Washer dryer hookups in kitchen. Fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher are included. 1 year leases. Security deposit is $900. Rent is $900. Utilities average $135 through RMU. Must be switched into tenant's name before occupancy.

2035, 2043 and 2073 Vichy Rd are not pet friendly, but they are ready.

2103 and 2127 Vichy Rd are pet friendly, with an additional $50 per month per pet, up to two. We do have some limitations. No pets over 35 # grown adult weight. Must have proper licensing per Rolla City Code. No aggressive animals. No animals may be off leash or at large. We value pets as family, and committed to being able to operate a safe, comfortable community for all.

Application required to schedule a tour. We don't charge for applications, but please be prepared with ID and proof of income.

Tour hours- 7:30am to 3pm Monday through Thursday, 8-5 Fridays.

Hello Everyone! Wow, that was a pretty swift-moving storm!

We did see the transformer blown on Vichy Rd., and the appropriate parties with Rolla Municipal Utilities were notified.

If you are still experiencing a power outage, please call RMU at 573-364-1572

Of course, if you smell smoke, see sparks, etc., call the emergency line, and then reach out to our office.

Energy efficient, comfortable, and priced just right at $900 per month. Don't wait, or you might miss them!

Whew! It is CHILLY outside!

A few tips and reminders to ensure everything stays cozy and secure...

When weather is snowy- keep rock salt of de-icer on hand to sprinkle by walkways and vehicles outside, we will scrape and salt the driveways of complexes. It your faucet is near an exterior wall, keep the cabinet door ajar to prevent freeze over inside. Drafts can be reduced by putting alien tape around doorways, ad or shrink wrap around windows if you are in an older house, and rolled towels are great draft deterrents under doors. Make sure your windows are locked all the way. This is the best way to ensure a good seal, and reduce utility costs.

If you travel, keep that thermostat set to at least 65 degrees to avoid frozen pipes, and notify the office so we can check the property.

DO NOT pour hot water on your windshield to remove ice and snow. You may shatter your windscreen!

Also note that, during colder weather, small animals, insects etc. may try to come inside. The vest way to keep them at bay is to leave them no place to nest. Remove all boxes, soda cans, empty jugs, etc. Do not leave things piled in corners, and take trash out regularly. Let's work together to ensure a clean, safe, pest free environment.

And most importantly, if you notice anything that sparks, drips smokes, call the office at once! 573-341-2444
