💥 WEDNESDAY SPOTLIGHT💥
THE BOSS EDITION
We spotlight the crew all the time, so unfortunately this week we have to talk about the guy who signs the checks. 😂
Meet Aaron, owner of Pace Plumbing.
Aaron is a plumber, business owner, dad, outdoorsman, and professional inventor of new ideas that usually result in more work for a man who no one understands how he has the time to do everything he already does. 😂
If he’s not at Pace Plumbing, there’s a pretty good chance he’s:
🏹• Sitting in a tree waiting on a deer
👨👩👧👧• Spending time with his family
🐮• working on his farm
📱• Answering a work call when he swore he was taking the day off
💡• Or saying,”Aright, hear me out..” before giving the office another project
And despite being “the boss,” Aaron has never been much of a stand around and watch kind of owner.
You’ll still find him in the ditch, running equipment, crawling under a house, helping the guys on a job, or doing whatever needs to be done to take care of a customer.
His philosophy at Pace Plumbing is pretty simple:
•Take care of the crew.
•Take care of the customers.
•Do the best job you can no matter what you’re doing.
•And always stand behind what you do.
Aaron is incredibly proud of the team Pace Plumbing has built and even more thankful for the customers who continue trusting us with their homes and businesses.
Because at the end of the day, none of this works without you.
So whether it’s a small repair, water heater, drain problem, excavation project, or a plumbing problem that decided 2:00 AM was the perfect time to introduce itself…
Give Pace Plumbing a call!

You’ll get a local team that takes pride in doing the job right! There’s a pretty good chance the boss himself will end up getting dirty too. 🔧
