We had an AMAZING turnout for our Customer Appreciation Day this year! 🎉🍔🌭

Miller Glass of Rolla kicked off the morning a little early at 9:30 AM and wrapped up the event with our final rock chip repair at 2:30 PM!

During that time, we:
🍔 Served 250 hamburgers
🌭 Served 150 hotdogs
🚗 Repaired 56 rock chips
🎟️ Had 186 people enter our raffle giveaway

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible employees for all of their hard work in making this event possible! Events like this take a lot of time and effort, but we truly love hosting them and our employees love being a part of them too!

And most importantly, thank you to all of our AMAZING customers who stopped by to grab a bite to eat, receive a free rock chip repair, enter the raffle, or simply visit with us. ❤️

We could not continue hosting events like this without the incredible support of our customers and our local community. We appreciate each and every one of you and are so thankful for your continued support of Miller Glass of Rolla!!

🐾We forgot to introduce another very special employee!🐾

👋Everyone, meet Booker!👋

Booker is Larry's newest addition to the Miller Glass family! Don't worry, our beloved office greeter, Kona, who many of you know and love, is doing great. After spending the last 10 years faithfully coming to the shop with Larry, Kona decided it was time to enjoy a well-earned retirement!❤️
Larry was feeling a little lonely without a four-legged co-worker in the office, so he knew it was time for Kona to have a little brother!🐕
Kona has already taken on her new role as big sister and mentor, teaching Booker all the important skills, including how to sniff out the ripest blackberries and tomatoes from the garden!🍅
Booker is still learning the ropes, so please be patient with us when you stop by the office.
We'd love for you to meet him, so don't be shy, just ask to see him! **Booker is part-time currently working Monday-Wednesday most weeks, in October he will be switch to full-time Monday- Friday**

It is almost that time of the year again! Our annual customer appreciation day is just around the corner, and we can't wait to celebrate with all of you! This year's event will take place on Friday, August 28, 2026. We will have some awesome raffle prizes, delicious food, and free rock chip repairs! (** This does not include any chips/cracks larger than a quarter!**) We're grateful for all of our customer's support and we can't wait to see all of you this year!

🎉Join us in welcoming our newest employee, Dayton (DJ)!🎉

Dayton, better known as DJ, joined Miller Glass of Rolla in March of 2026. Since day one, he’s jumped right in, taking on just about every type of job we offer.💯 He enjoys the variety and challenge that comes with each project, but his favorite work is installing full replacement windows. Seeing the complete transformation from start to finish is what makes the job especially rewarding for him. 💬When asked what advice he would give homeowners, DJ said, “Quality matters. The better the product and installer, the better the result.” 🏡 He also shared one of his favorite parts of working at Miller Glass is having a great boss and being able to take pride in the work he does day in and day out. We’re certainly glad DJ found his way to the Miller Glass family.

When he’s not at work, you will likely find DJ outdoors. He enjoys fishing🎣, hiking, birdwatching🐦, and spending time with his dogs, Willow and Memphis🐶. Originally from Colorado, DJ says he’s actually seen more of Missouri than he ever did Colorado🏔️. While he is not much of a coffee drinker, you can usually count on him to have a large, cold energy drink when he needs an extra boost. ⚡

Say hello to our newest Customer Service Representative!👋

Aubrie joined the team in September of 2025, but she’s been part of the Miller Glass Family for much longer. Since 2022, she has volunteered at our annual Big Buck Hunt🦌, and many of you have probably seen her around the shop with her fiancé, Cole, who also works here! As one of the friendly faces in our office, Aubrie helps customers find the best glass solutions for their home, vehicles, and businesses. She’s also the creative mind behind our social media, keeping everyone up to date with company news, employee spotlights, and more! 😃 Her favorite part of working here is having the privilege of working alongside her fiancé and soon-to-be father-in-law while being a part of a close-knit team that already felt like family. Aubrie loves building relationships with customers and enjoys being part of a business that gives back to the community.

Born and raised just outside of Savannah, Georgia, Aubrie is our southern girl through and through! She is a true animal lover with a special place in her heart for horses, which she has been riding and showing since she was 6 years old and has never looked back🐎. When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her outdoors fishing🎣, hiking, or hunting when the weather is nice. She also loves a good movie or TV show on rainy days📽. She enjoys spending time with her horse, Dakota and dog, Bennett🐶. In her spare time, she frequently pet sits for friends, family, and members of the community, combining her love for animals with helping others. Aubrie may be our youngest employee but don’t let her age fool you, she’s a hard worker with a heart for helping others!
