The lower level, elevated.

Warm textures, clean lines, and a thoughtfully layered palette make the lower level at 517 Timberline feel every bit as considered as the rest of the home.

Designed for gathering, unwinding, and making the most of every square foot — because good design shouldn’t stop at the stairs.

Best of all, 517 Timberline is still available.

As for the horse-in-shades canvas? We can’t make any promises, but everything is negotiable.

Sometimes the best part of the home is what’s outside of it.

A custom home is about more than the floor plan and finishes. The property, the surroundings, and the views all play a part in how a home comes together.

This one is going to have a pretty good view when it’s finished.

Every name represents a life. A family. A story that continued in the hearts of those left behind.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001 — not simply as a number, but as mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, husbands and wives, friends and neighbors.

Today, we remember their names, their lives, and the families who have carried their absence for 25 years.

May we never forget.

A primary suite should work as one space, not two rooms that happen to share a doorway. This layout carries the same finishes and feel from the bedroom into the bath, making the entire suite feel connected.

Some of the best spaces in a home are designed around how you’ll actually use them.

This custom bar creates a dedicated place to gather, entertain and unwind while remaining connected to the rest of the lower-level living space.

Thoughtful additions like this turn a floor plan into a home designed around the people who live there.

Every project is different, and seeing the ideas, conversations, and planning finally take shape is what makes this process so rewarding.
