We are proud to announce that the Foley Family Community Pavilion in Healdsburg has received the Outstanding Historical Renovation Project Award from the ASCE Redwood Empire Branch!
Originally constructed in 1922, the historic Cerri Building was once slated for demolition before being reimagined as a vibrant community gathering space. Through thoughtful adaptive reuse, the project preserved the building’s historic character, including its exposed roof trusses, concrete loading platform, and iconic façade, while introducing modern architectural elements and improved accessibility.
Today, the pavilion serves as the permanent home of the Healdsburg Farmers’ Market and hosts concerts, festivals, and community events year-round. We are honored to have contributed to a project that celebrates Healdsburg’s history while creating a lasting space for its future.
Congratulations to the entire project team!
